Mission

We help business owners/business management/boards by reducing companies' vulnerability - internal as to the outside world - thus creating greater Freedom to Act and basis for future growth.

We do this by providing web-based tools and facilitatation of workshops that help create focus on strategic opportunities and launch of initiatives counteracting factors, financial and non- financial, that could potentially prevent the business from fulfilling its mission and achieve its financial goals.

History

Freedom2Act ApS was founded in 2001 with a focus on strategy management consultancy.

Our method is "down to earth" based upon more than 20 years of practical experience with business planning and risk assessment from investor, board, management and business planning perspectives.

Our method has provided hundreds of small and mid-size companies, e.g. Auriga AB, Cryptera, Fototeam Danmark, Norwell Outdoor Fitness, RESON, Torbens Auto-Center as well as a number of listed companies including DLH Group, DSV, Falck, GAC Group, Kesko Oy, Telia with a foundation for better decisions.
